This is a pre release advertisement in comic book form released through Comic Buyers Guide to entice dealers to distribute their comics. Counting the cover this is an eight page book. Page three features a differently colored Nintendo Comics System #1 (TPB) cover, while page eight is supposedly from The Legend of Zelda.
